Digital plans are final sale. If a file is broken or a listed sheet is missing, we fix it or refund you.
A listed sheet means a sheet the plan page lists as included in that set. If one is missing, we send it; if a file won't open or is damaged, we replace it. If we can't fix it, we refund you.
