About this plan
The Wren is a 13'-0" x 23'-0" tiny house with a sleeping loft. It has 367 sq ft heated: 299 sq ft on the first floor plus 68 sq ft of loft with 5'-0" or more headroom. A 13'-0" x 5'-0" covered porch sits on the gable end.
The living room and kitchen sit under a vaulted ceiling below a 12/12 gable roof. A bedroom and a bath with a shower are at the back under a 7'-0" ceiling. The sleeping loft is above, reached by a ladder.
