How delivery works
Digital files, right after checkout.
- Pick a plan and check out from its plan page.
- Download your files right away. You also get an email copy with the download link.
- Files: the plan set PDF, any extras listed on the plan page (such as a materials list where noted), a one-page license, and DXF files if you bought that add-on.
All plans are digital files. Nothing ships, and no paper copies are sent. The PDF sheets are 24x36; most print shops can print them for you.
Digital plans are final sale. If a file is broken or a listed sheet is missing, we fix it or refund you. See refunds.
