About Small Plan Shop
Small Plan Shop sells plan sets for small homes: cabins, tiny homes and studios, ADUs, small houses, small barndos and sheds.
How we sell plans
- A materials list is included where the plan page notes it.
- Plans are concept / pre-design plans with no professional seal. Your local architect or engineer reviews, adapts and seals them before permitting.
- Files are digital only. Nothing ships.
Who draws the plans
Each plan page says who drew that plan, and every set is checked against the same review checklist before it goes on the site.
